The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms featuring king beds, while a third bedroom provides a queen bed and two twin beds to ensure everyone has room to settle in comfortably. For additional flexibility, the living room includes a sofa bed.

To maintain the quality of the retreat, please adhere to the following house rules: the property is strictly no-pets and no-smoking indoors; violations will result in fees of $300 for pets and $500 for smoking. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.

Regarding the hot tub, children are not permitted inside per existing rules. Guests are asked to shower before use after spending time in the river, keep glass away from the area, replace the float, and cover the tub after use. A complimentary starter supply of toiletries and paper products is provided, though longer stays may require restocking. Additional fees apply for unapproved late checkouts ($50), stays longer than 21 days ($50 long-term cleaning fee), and the return of forgotten items ($25 plus shipping).
