The exclusive Solterra Resort location provides complimentary access to world-class amenities including a spectacular water park with slides, poolside cabanas, recreational areas, playground, and café. Four parking spaces are available on-site, with strict towing enforcement in effect for violations.

Important Guest Information: A one-time resort access fee applies: $35 for 1-12 guests or $45 for 13+ guests. Optional services include pool heating at $30 per day plus taxes (minimum 3 consecutive days, advance notice required) and BBQ grill rental for $65. The property is located in the new section of Solterra Resort where construction may be ongoing. Self-check-in is provided with smart lock access codes sent on arrival morning. A security camera is positioned at the front door for guest safety.

Please note: This is a non-pet property with a $200 penalty for violations. Smoking is strictly prohibited with a $500 penalty. No RV parking is permitted. Street parking is restricted to designated marked spaces only, with common area parking limited to three consecutive days. Pack-and-play requests must be made at least three days before arrival and are subject to availability.
