Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, the home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include two master suites: a king master suite with a walk-in closet and a huge garden tub, and a queen master suite. For the children, there are two themed bedrooms—one featuring a space theme and the other a Jurassic World theme—each equipped with two twin beds.

Inside, the luxury and quality are immediately apparent with ceramic tile floors throughout the common areas. The heart of the home is a bright, open great room that combines the living and dining areas, flowing seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen and a sunny breakfast nook. For entertainment, the villa boasts a dedicated carpeted game room featuring a pool table, a Foosball table, and an electronic basketball machine. Every bedroom and the living area are equipped with wall-mounted flat-screen TVs, and an XBoxOne gaming system is available for guests' enjoyment.

Step outside to find a private, southern-facing swimming pool and attached spa, ensuring maximum sunshine throughout the day. The pool deck is enclosed by a screen to keep out pests and bordered by tropical plantings for added privacy, while a covered lanai provides a shaded retreat from the sun.

Situated in the beautiful gated community of Windsor Palms, guests have access to a clubhouse with a game room, mini theater, fitness center, playground, and a giant community pool with a splash area. The location puts you approximately 10 minutes away from Walt Disney World.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Optional pool and spa heat is available for an additional charge per day (recommended October through April), though it is included free of charge during June, July, and August. Cancellations are fully refundable if made more than 30 days prior to arrival, and 50% refundable if made more than 15 days prior.
