Designed for comfort and group harmony, the house features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across four unique rooms: the Pink Lady room featuring a King bed, and the Truffle Room, Bohemian room, and Uptown Room, each offering a Queen-sized bed. For convenience and privacy, the home provides two ensuite bathrooms and one shared bathroom located down the hall.

Guests will enjoy access to a beautiful living room centered around a cozy fireplace, where a variety of games are provided for entertainment. While the main kitchen is not available for guest use, the common area is well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and tea kettle. A highlight of the stay is the morning experience; a continental breakfast including coffee, tea, juices, fruit, and a selection of sweet and savory pastries is served daily. For coffee lovers, a drip coffee maker with pre-portioned coffee, filters, creamer, and sugar is provided to start your day right.

Location is everything at the Ridgeway House. You are within walking distance of the iconic Crescent Hotel, Ermilio's Italian Restaurant, the Intrigue theater, and the vibrant downtown area. While the return trip up the hill can be a bit of a walk, Uber and Lyft are readily available. Beyond the town center, you are minutes away from the art, shopping, and festivals that define Eureka Springs, as well as outdoor adventures at the White River, Kings River, Beaver Lake, and Table Rock Lake—all within 15 miles.
