• Pets: Not allowed
• Restrictions: No parties, and no smoking or vaping inside the home
• Key Policy: Keys and key fobs must be returned to the lock box with the code scrambled

Additional fees apply for specific occurrences: Lost keys ($250), keys left in the unit ($75), smoking in the unit ($250), and broken or missing items ($25 per item). Missing parking passes are subject to a $250 fee. Guests may request an early check-in at 2 PM or a late check-out at 12 NN for a fee of $50 each.
