Important Guest Information: This is a strictly no-pet property with a $400 penalty for violations. Property management staff work on-site and are available for trail system guidance. All events require pre-approval to avoid a $1000 fine. Smoking is prohibited with a $1000 fine plus remediation costs. Late checkout incurs $100 hourly charges. Water levels fluctuate based on dam operations and may affect river access. Kayak use during November-March requires advance request. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Exterior security cameras are present. ATVs and UTVs are prohibited for safety reasons. Guests must purchase personal supplies beyond the starter amenities provided.
