The cabin is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 4 guests. The sleeping arrangements feature a private Master Bedroom located in the upstairs loft, complete with a King-size bed. On the main level, you will find twin beds situated to the left of the front door, creating a versatile space for additional guests. The home includes one shared bathroom featuring a newly renovated shower.

Inside, the open-concept living area is the heart of the home, featuring a grey sectional, two rocking chairs, and a large natural wood-burning fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped for your convenience with a coffee bar, microwave, refrigerator, and barstool seating for four overlooking the living room. For entertainment, the main level offers a Roku TV and various board and card games.

The outdoor experience is equally inviting. Guests can relax on the front porch swing and chairs or head to the back deck to enjoy an outdoor dining table, two deck chairs, and a hammock. The property also features an outdoor fire pit with seating for four and access to a stocked fishing pond with walking trails on the backside.

Located in a serene setting, you are only 12 minutes from Downtown Eureka Springs, 14 miles from Beaver Dam Park, and 16 miles from Starkey Marina.

• Pets: Dogs only (max 3) are welcome with a fee of $90 per dog. Cats are not permitted.
• Smoking: This is a non-smoking home. Violations incur a $1000 fine plus remediation costs.
• Events: Parties and events are prohibited unless pre-arranged and the event fee is paid; unauthorized events result in a $1000 fine.
• Other Rules: Unauthorized checkout delays are fined at $100 per hour. Please note that county-wide burn bans may limit fire pit usage.
