Designed for large groups, the home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 15 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed: the master bedroom boasts a Queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom, while a second upstairs bedroom offers a Queen bed with luxury linens. Downstairs, the first bedroom includes a Queen bed, Twin bunk beds, and a Twin trundle, and the final bedroom is complete with two sets of Twin bunk beds, each with a Twin trundle beneath.

There are two distinct living spaces for guests to spread out. The formal living room provides plush seating and a Smart TV with deck access. Downstairs, the large game room is a hub of entertainment featuring a ping pong table, cozy seating, a 55-inch TV with a DVD player and movie selection, and a wet bar.
