Sleeping Arrangements The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 beds. The downstairs layout includes a master bedroom with a private master bathroom and a kids' bedroom with a shared bathroom. Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms and another shared bathroom. For a restful stay, the home is equipped with room-darkening shades, bed linens, and extra pillows and blankets.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; initial supplies of toiletries and kitchen basics are provided but not refilled. Pets, smoking, drugs, fireworks, and firearms on the property are strictly prohibited. A maximum of 10 guests is allowed. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles per reservation (2 in the driveway, 1 on the street); commercial vehicles, trailers, and RVs are prohibited.

A damage protection option is required: 1-night stays require a $250 refundable security deposit. Stays of 2+ nights can choose between a $250 refundable deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). Pool heating is available for $35 per day with at least one week's notice. Please note that gas for the grill is not provided.
