• Pets: Small/Medium pets under 40lbs are welcome (max 2, no cats) with pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. Pets must stay off furniture.
• Guests: Base listing is for 4 guests; up to 2 additional guests (6 total) are welcome for $25 per night per person.
• Farm Safety: This is an active farm. The red entry gate must remain closed and secured at all times to prevent cattle from escaping; a $250 charge applies for negligence.
• Restrictions: No smoking, no parties, no events, and no illegal activity. Unregistered guests are not permitted.
• Access: Guests have access to the entire house and 61 acres, excluding the barn and shop.
• Security: Exterior cameras are installed at the entrance and garage for safety.
