The living space and the lovely covered deck are both equipped with Smart TVs for your entertainment.

The main lake is 3 miles away by boat, with Cypress Cove, Pendleton Bridge, and Sabine Town all within a quick boat ride. Cypress Bend is 6 miles away, and Sam Rayburn Lake is approximately 30 miles by car.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Policies: A Rental Agreement MUST be signed within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
• House Rules: No smoking inside the cabin. Community quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please do not set the AC lower than 72 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing. All garbage must be bagged before disposal.
• Pet Policy: Pets are allowed (maximum 2 dogs) with a $25 fee per pet. Aggressive breeds are not permitted. Pets must be leashed outdoors, kept off furniture and beds, and should be crated when left unattended. Please pick up all pet waste.
