Perfectly situated within the Mid Lake Campground, this inviting cabin offers a serene sanctuary where you can sip coffee or enjoy a drink on a huge covered porch overlooking the water, surrounded by the stunning beauty of the Sabine National Forest.

This cozy 250 sq. ft. one-room cabin is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo and a functional kitchen. The sleeping arrangements are flexible to accommodate up to 5 guests, consisting of 1 queen bed and 1 twin-over-twin bunk bed equipped with a trundle. All essential bed and bath linens are provided for your stay.

Experience the best of Toledo Bend Lake with access to a variety of waterfront activities. Guests enjoy full access to the boat ramp, swimming platform, fish cleaning station, and a waterfront pavilion. You can spend your days fishing for crappie directly under the covered boathouse or take a short trip to the famous gator hole just 2 miles away by boat to hunt for a trophy bass. For those without a boat, kayaks are available for rent at the campground store.

Located centrally on the lake, the property provides easy access to world-class fishing. The main lake is just 3 miles away, with Sabine Town and Pendleton Park reachable via a short boat ride. For further exploration, Cypress Bend is 6 miles away, and Sam Rayburn Lake is approximately 30 miles by car.

• Parking: Available for a boat and truck, with additional parking across the street by the pavilion.

House Rules & Policies:

• A Rental Agreement MUST be signed within 24 hours of booking, or the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
• No smoking is permitted inside the cabin.
• Community quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• To prevent the AC unit from freezing, please do not set the temperature lower than 72 degrees.
• All garbage must be bagged before being placed in the cans.
• Pets are welcome with restrictions: 2 dogs maximum ($25 per pet). No aggressive breeds allowed. Pets must be leashed outdoors, kept off furniture/beds, and waste must be picked up.
