The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out with four king-size bedrooms (one conveniently located downstairs and three upstairs), a children's themed room with a full/twin bunk bed, and a second kid's room featuring two twin beds. Every bedroom is equipped with its own TV for personalized entertainment.

The heart of the home is the great room, which offers a living area with comfy seating and a wall-mounted TV. For dining, a formal table seats eight, supplemented by four bar stools at the kitchen counter. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the screened-in lanai and oversized pool deck, designed to let the sun in while keeping bugs out. A maximum of 4 cars per address is permitted through the guard gate. Please note that an accidental damage protection fee and a one-time departure cleaning fee apply. Pool heat is available for rent, which is required for the spillover spa to be heated.
