Designed for groups and families, this expansive home features 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out with four king-size bedrooms (one conveniently located downstairs and three upstairs), a children's themed room with a full/twin bunk bed, and a second kid's room featuring two twin beds. Every bedroom is equipped with its own TV for personalized entertainment.
The heart of the home is the great room, which offers a living area with comfy seating and a wall-mounted TV. For dining, a formal table seats eight, supplemented by four bar stools at the kitchen counter. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals.
Outdoor enthusiasts will love the screened-in lanai and oversized pool deck, designed to let the sun in while keeping bugs out. This oasis includes six sun loungers, a shaded lounge area with ample seating, and an al fresco dining table for eight. The spillover spa provides a perfect place to relax after a day of adventuring.

Practical details: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a smoke-free and pet-free property. Guests must be 25 years or older to book. A maximum of 4 cars per address is permitted through the guard gate. Please note that an accidental damage protection fee and a one-time departure cleaning fee apply. Pool heat is available for rent, which is required for the spillover spa to be heated.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm Check-out time is 10:00 am All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed Tax is not included in nightly rates There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy. A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property. This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental. Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation. Only preregistered vehicles will be allowed through the guard gate. Each Short-Term Rental guest reservation is eligible for: Three (3) complimentary vehicle passes for single-family homes. Two (2) complimentary vehicle passes for townhomes. A $25 fee per vehicle will apply for any vehicles exceeding the allotted number of passes. Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
