If property management discovers the pet policy has been violated or a service animal has been left unattended, a fee of $500 plus applicable taxes will be charged, and the reservation will be immediately canceled due to a violation of this policy.

• Smoking inside the rental home is prohibited. All properties are Non-Smoking. If this regulation is violated and smoking has been detected in the Property, a $500 plus applicable taxes penalty for cleaning services due to unauthorized smoking will be charged to the credit card on file.

• Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM - 9:00 AM.

• No events/parties, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise or disturbing neighbors. • Dispose of all rubbish and garbage as directed in the check-in instruction. • Do not render inoperable any smoke detectors; they are for your safety. • Guest must use the appropriate parking spaces provided for Property Management Company properties.

• Guests must report any concerns upon arrival or during their stay, allowing us the opportunity to address them promptly. No refunds shall be given if we are not provided with notice or a commercially appropriate timeframe and access to resolve any issues including, but not limited to, water, sewer, septic, heating, electrical, mechanical, ventilation, structural systems, fireplaces, air conditioning, entertainment equipment, internet access, mattresses, cleaning, or other facilities and major appliances. Upon notification, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to repair or replace any affected system or amenity as quickly as possible.
