Designed for comfort and group harmony, the cabin features a spacious layout that accommodates up to 10 guests. The main level includes a full kitchen, living room, and dining area, along with a master bedroom featuring a king bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed, both of which include en-suite bathrooms. For additional sleeping space, the upstairs loft level provides an open area with three queen beds and a connected full bathroom. Totaling 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the home is perfectly configured for large reunions and retreats.

Outdoor living is a priority here. Guests can enjoy their morning brew on the screened-in porch, grill a delicious dinner on the private charcoal grill, or share stories around the outdoor firepit during a breathtaking sunset. For entertainment, the cabin offers a poker table for adults and a nearby playground for the children. To ensure a convenient stay, the home is equipped with a washer and dryer.

Situated in the sought-after Gull Haven area, the cabin is located 4.3 miles from downtown Nisswa and 11.9 miles from Brainerd. Guests have access to a variety of lake activities; pontoon rentals are available onsite, and boat lift rentals are provided for those bringing their own craft. Additionally, kayaks, beach toys, and a lily pad are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
