This expansive home features 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The sleeping arrangements are spread across two floors for maximum privacy. The first floor includes a bedroom with a queen bed and a Mario Bros-themed bedroom with a full-over-full bunk bed, both sharing a hallway bathroom. The second floor offers a King Bed Suite with a private en-suite bathroom, a Toy Story-themed bedroom with two full-over-full bunk beds, and a Harry Potter-themed bedroom with a full-over-full bunk bed; the latter two share a bathroom.

Designed for comfort and fun, the home includes a dedicated game room, TVs in all bedrooms, and a large open-concept living room and family room. The great open kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, complemented by a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
