Designed to keep families together, the home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests with several extra sleeping spaces. The master bedroom offers a king bed, a large smart TV, a private library, and an en-suite bathroom boasting dual sinks and a massive walk-in shower with two shower heads. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a private sink, while the third bedroom features a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a work desk. Additional flexibility is provided by a day bed in the den and a queen-size memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room, which is anchored by a massive 85" smart TV and a decorative fireplace.

The interior is defined by comfort and style, including a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, a tiled backsplash, and two refrigerators to keep your refreshments cold. A large solid granite dining table provides comfortable seating for nine. For those staying active, a dedicated fitness area is located at the front of the home, equipped with a workout bench, resistance machine, and free weights.

Please note that a groundskeeper lives onsite in a separate suite and maintains their own private entrance. Guests are asked to clean the charcoal BBQ after use and supervise children and pets at all times, as the property is unfenced and borders a natural forest.
