For additional flexibility, a Full-size pull-out couch is available in the living room.

Indoor and outdoor living are seamlessly blended here. Guests can enjoy an open-concept living room complete with a cozy fireplace, Smart TV, and expansive windows that frame the lake. The heart of the home is a huge, fully stocked kitchen and a dining area that seats six. For entertainment, the home offers two distinct living areas; the downstairs space is a dedicated game haven featuring a pool table, foosball table, and darts, while a ping pong table awaits in the garage. A large office space is also available for those needing a quiet place to work.

• Smoking: Non-smoking home (Violation fee: $1,000 plus remediation costs)
• Guest Rules: Parties or disturbances resulting in damage or extra cleaning incur a $1,000 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays are charged at $100 per hour.
• POA Requirements: Per Bella Vista POA rules, guests must complete a guest card for amenity access. A $30 processing fee applies and must be paid prior to arrival. Please contact guest services 5 business days in advance to arrange this, as the office is closed on weekends.
