House Rules:

• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the house (USD 250 fee if detected)
• Pets: Not allowed unless previously approved (USD 250 fee for unauthorized pets)
• Cleaning: A USD 80 fee applies for excessive trash or cleaning beyond normal use
