The home includes 1 full bathroom, highlighted by a stunning clawfoot tub perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

At the heart of the house is a cozy living room featuring overstuffed seating, soft throws, and a curated selection of books and games. The farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, offering a space to gather for celebratory dinners while enjoying views of the surrounding farm. Outside, the expansive private yard serves as a green haven with lounge seating and 2 fire pits, ideal for taking in breathtaking sunsets over the fields.

Located in Winterset, just 60 minutes from Des Moines, the property is a working farm. You may encounter friendly animals in the pastures, including sheep, goats, and an alpaca. Luna, the Great Pyrenees livestock guardian dog, and Evelyn, the barn cat, also call the property home.

For those seeking more than a stay, the property can accommodate intimate elopements and micro-weddings of up to 30 guests, as well as photo sessions and retreats. These events must be arranged and booked separately from overnight stays.
