This spacious retreat features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort: the upper level hosts a primary suite with a King bed and luxurious ensuite bath, a second bedroom with a King bed and ensuite bath, and a third bedroom with a Queen bed and ensuite bath. The main level includes a fourth bedroom with a Queen bed and shared hall bath, as well as a study featuring a Twin daybed and Twin trundle with access to the shared hall bath. Each room is outfitted with luxury hotel-grade bedding and towels for a premium stay.

Located on the West End of Galveston in the Sunny Beach area, this residential beach community is just five minutes from Galveston-proper. Guests can enjoy long stretches of sandy beaches and glorious surf waves, all while being a quick drive from the shops, grocery stores, and local attractions along the Seawall. The beach is just a few steps away from your front door, making it easy to pack a cooler and hit the sand.

Practical Information: Check-in is electronically accessible starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests must be 25 years or older to book, and a valid Driver's License and signed Guest Agreement are required. While we welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (subject to approval and a non-refundable $100 fee per dog), please note that the garage is not included in the rental.

Important Rules: Absolutely no proms, graduations, or large parties are permitted; the maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 10 guests. Please be aware that a home in various stages of construction is currently next door, and there may be noise beyond our control. Due to local wind levels, hammocks are not provided, though eye hooks are available for guests who bring their own.
