The master bedroom serves as a serene retreat with a luxurious king-size bed and a modern ensuite bath featuring a spacious walk-in shower with sleek glass doors and an extra-large vanity. The second bedroom is cozy and inviting with a comfortable queen bed, while a hallway alcove with a twin bunk bed provides a charming extra sleeping space ideal for children. For additional guests, the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa.

The interior highlights a cozy living area designed for relaxation with soft, soothing colors, plush sofas, and an oversized armchair. This space also features an HD TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. The bright and airy kitchen offers a functional design with plenty of counter and cabinet space, a cozy breakfast bar for two, and a small dining table that seats four.

Guests can enjoy a variety of shared community amenities, including a heated pool, two hot tubs, and a shared BBQ area complete with picnic tables and an observation deck. For convenience, there is a coin-operated laundry room located onsite.

• Pets: Not allowed (ADA approved service animals must be disclosed immediately)
• Smoking: No smoking permitted
• Elevator Notice: The elevator in Seascape Building 2 will be out of service for complete replacement from 11/30/26 to 1/23/27. Two sets of stairs remain available. No refunds or rate adjustments will be provided due to this service.
• Policy: No refunds will be issued for malfunctions of additional amenities such as internet or laundry.
