This expansive villa is designed for comfort and entertainment, featuring 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The home is particularly exciting for children, boasting custom-built themed bedrooms inspired by Star Wars and Moana. To ensure everyone has their own space to unwind, each of the 6 bedrooms is equipped with its own private Smart TV.

Entertainment is at the heart of the home with an incredible private game room. This space is fully loaded for fun, including a pool table, foosball table, a Smart TV, game consoles (Xbox One and PS4), and an arcade cabinet pre-loaded with 1,500 games. Outside, guests can enjoy a private pool and spa, perfect for relaxing after a day of theme park adventures.

Located just 2.5 miles from Disney and 15 miles from Universal Studios, the location is unbeatable. Your stay includes free access to the Windsor Waterpark and Resort, located only 0.5 miles away. There, your entire group can enjoy waterslides, a kids' splashpad, a movie theater, a fitness center, a business center, and various sports facilities including tennis, basketball, volleyball, ping pong, a tot lot, and a recreation park.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please be aware of the following house rules and fees:

• No pets are allowed on the property.
• Absolutely no parties or events are permitted.
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
• Parking is limited to 3 cars per home; a 4th vehicle requires prior neighborhood permission and is subject to availability.
• Pool heat is available for $30 per day (must be added for the full stay).
• Grill use is available for $35 per stay.
• A starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, and soap) is provided; guests are responsible for additional supplies.
• A $75 service fee applies to the retrieval and shipping of items left behind.
