The home includes two full bathrooms stocked with essential amenities for your convenience.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the home is designed for a seamless stay with the following features:

Located in the heart of San Antonio, this property offers a residential feel while keeping you close to the city's unique attractions. Guests should be aware that while they have full access to the main house, there is a separate apartment next door with its own private entrance.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please adhere to the following house rules: check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We maintain a strictly no-pet policy due to allergies and a no-smoking rule, with a $100 fee for smoke odors. To keep the home pristine, we ask that you remove outdoor shoes upon entry. Parties are strictly prohibited to maintain a quiet environment. Please note that unregistered guests incur a $35 fee per person per day, and unapproved late checkouts result in a $50 fee. EV charging is prohibited ($35/night fee). To avoid a $100 unclogging fee, please use the garbage disposal only for small food waste. Finally, do not remove or unplug any connected devices, as missing items will incur a $200 penalty.
