For the comfort of all guests, pets and smoking are strictly prohibited. To maintain the property's appearance, weekly lawn maintenance is scheduled. Please note that only starter kits are provided for essentials.

For extended stays of 30 nights or longer, guests are required to sign a standard rental agreement via the message thread. Additionally, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for these long-term reservations, incurring an additional fee of $99. Due to the local warm climate, the home receives regular professional pest-control service to ensure a comfortable stay.
