Sleeping arrangements include a luxurious king bedroom suite with a pillow-top mattress and private French doors leading to the lanai, a queen bedroom suite with its own ensuite bath, and two themed children's rooms—one featuring a Nemo/Dori theme and the other a Minecraft theme—each equipped with two twin beds and a shared full bathroom.

One of the most prized features of this home is the huge, southern-facing private pool, positioned to capture the most sunshine throughout the day. The pool is set on an oversized pool deck enclosed by a screen and privacy fence, complemented by a covered lanai with a dining table and ample swimwear hangers. For added peace of mind, the pool area includes alarms on all doors and a removable toddler fence.

Inside, the spectacular great room boasts vaulted ceilings, leather couches, and a 65-inch flat-screen TV with an Xbox One gaming system. The functional floor plan maintains a bright, airy feel while providing a separate dining area with seating for six and a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and a sunny breakfast nook.
