For reservations of 30 nights or longer, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required with an additional fee of $75. Due to the local climate, professional pest control is used regularly, though occasional outdoor insects may appear. Guests are required to provide a valid ID, a picture of the last four digits of their credit card, and a selfie for verification.
