Whether you are planning a family beach adventure, a romantic escape, a girls' getaway, or a winter retreat, this little slice of coastal paradise is ready to welcome you and your crew.

This top-floor condo is designed for relaxation and comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The layout features 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom, with the addition of fun bunk beds that are sure to be a favorite with the children and adults alike.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the unit is packed with thoughtful extras to make your stay easy and carefree:

• Top-floor Gulf views for gorgeous mornings and spectacular sunsets
• Fully stocked kitchen with essentials, dishes, and utensils
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Free WiFi
• Beach towels and an insulated beach-day ice bag with goodies
• Entertainment including Uno, Yahtzee, a noise machine, and a starry-night projector

Guests have access to the wonderful Maravilla resort facilities, including three pools, a hot tub, a volleyball area, a fitness center with a view, and lush tropical landscaping. Your four-legged beach buddies are welcome here too! The resort features a dedicated dog park complete with a doggie pool, rinse-off shower, obstacle course, and toys.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum Age: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old (photo ID required prior to arrival).
• Parking: Paid at the Maravilla office (currently in Unit 121). Rates are $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax, capped at $70.00 per 30-day period. Motorcycle trailers are only permitted during special event weekends; no other trailers are allowed.
• Pets: Dog-friendly for up to 2 pets (under 25lbs) with approval. A non-refundable fee of $100 for the first pet and $50 for the second pet applies. No cats allowed.
• Note: Construction is ongoing at the Maravilla complex, but the actual rental unit is NOT under construction.
