For additional guests, the hallway is equipped with twin-size bunk beds, and the cozy living area provides a comfortable sleeper sofa.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that the property only rents to families and adults over the age of 25; photo identification is required. While the Maravilla complex is currently undergoing construction, the actual unit is not under construction. The business office is located in unit 121, where parking fees must be paid (cash not accepted). Parking is $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax, capped at $70.00 per 30-day period.

This is a dog-friendly home for up to 2 pets (25lb limit, no cats allowed). A non-refundable fee of $100.00 applies to the first pet and $50.00 to the second; guests must contact the office prior to arrival to arrange payment. A cleaning fee of $59 includes the admin and Safely Insurance fee.
