Each bedroom includes a closet, and the primary room is further enhanced with its own Smart TV and a nearby vanity/desk.

The interior boasts an open concept living room, kitchen, and dining space, creating an ideal environment for memorable gatherings. Relax in the cozy living space featuring plush seating and a large Smart TV with streaming channels, or gather around the large dining table that comfortably seats 8. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare a meal, bake treats, or brew a great cup of coffee.

Outside, you can enjoy a private, fully fenced-in backyard complete with a patio, BBQ grill, and seating area. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available for guest use.

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Pets: Dogs only (max 3) are allowed with a fee of $90 per dog paid prior to stay. Unauthorized dogs or cats will incur a $400 fine.
• Smoking: This is a non-smoking home; violations result in a $1000 fine plus remediation costs.
• Events: No parties or events allowed unless pre-arranged and paid for; unauthorized events carry a $1000 fine.
• Checkout: Unauthorized delays are subject to a fine of $100 per hour.
