This welcoming home features 4 bedrooms and 4 beds to accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, TV, pool access, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a king bed with TV and shared bath, while the first bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and shared bath. The third bedroom features twin beds in a themed setting with TV and shared bath, perfect for younger guests.

Entertainment abounds throughout the property with incredible amenities including a private movie theater loft with games console and mini fridge, plus a dedicated games room featuring pool table and ping pong table. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for in-home cooking, complemented by multiple dining options: dining table seating for 6, dinette seating for 4, and breakfast bar seating for 3.

The screened pool area serves as your private oasis with hot tub, outdoor seating area with coffee table, outdoor dining table for 6, and 4 sun loungers. Safety is prioritized with a pool safety fence. Additional conveniences include free parking for two cars, dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, and wifi throughout the house.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Please note that pool and spa heat are not included in daily rates, with electric pool heat requiring a minimum of 4 consecutive days (recommended October through May). Pets are not permitted. Access information will be provided 3 days prior to arrival.
