Important Guest Information: Pointe West amenities require wristbands at $25 per person (over age 3) for your entire stay, which must be pre-paid online. Pet policy varies by booking platform - please verify current pet fees and restrictions when reserving. Golf cart rentals (approximately $350 per weekend) are popular and can be delivered directly to the property. A refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and released 14 days post-departure. Minimum age requirement is 25 years, some holidays require 3-night minimums, and large parties or events are not permitted out of consideration for neighbors.
