Designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, the home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary suite offers a King bed, an ensuite full bath with a tub and shower, and a private deck. The second bedroom features a Cal King bed and shares a hall bath. The third bedroom is equipped with a Twin over Full bunk bed and a Twin trundle, also utilizing the shared hall bath. For additional sleeping space, the Crow's Nest loft provides a Queen bed. All beds are outfitted with luxurious bedding and fluffy, luxury hotel-grade towels.

Outdoor living is the highlight of this property, featuring a giant in-ground swimming pool (with optional heating available October, November, March, April, and May) and a bubbly, year-round heated hot tub. Guests can enjoy a fully enclosed privacy-fenced yard with artificial turf on a double lot, a massive wraparound front deck, a 3-hole putting green, and an elevated outdoor bar. For cozy evenings, the property offers both wood-burning and propane fire pits.
