Important Guest Information: Guests must be 25 years or older. A signed rental agreement is mandatory before check-in, even with full payment. A $500 refundable security deposit hold on credit card is required. Please provide mailing address, names and ages of all guests, and vehicle information. All property details are communicated via email. Early check-in may be available at no charge (confirmed day prior), while check-out is strictly by 11 AM with no late departures available. Cancellation policy: 100% refund (minus fees) if cancelled 90+ days prior, 50% refund if cancelled 30-90 days prior, no refunds within 30 days. No pets allowed. Please note: stairs are required to access this home with no elevator available.
