Treasure Island offers a unique coastal experience just 15 minutes from Surfside and 25-30 minutes from Galveston's attractions. The area is famous for spectacular sunrises, sunsets, and world-class fishing opportunities. Enjoy the uncrowded pedestrian beach where cars aren't permitted but golf carts are welcome. The main beach access at Jolly Roger provides excellent swimming, while the small beach area directly in front of the property is perfect for shelling, sunning, and fishing (note: swimming is not permitted in front of the house per Texas state regulations). Nearby amenities include boat launches, fishing piers, and golf cart rental options.

Important Guest Information: Guests must be 25 or older to book and must be present during the stay. A guest agreement must be completed within 24 hours of booking. Pet fee is $100 per dog per stay (non-refundable). Island services including WiFi, TV, water, and electricity may experience disruptions with no refunds offered. Cancellations within 24 hours receive full refund; after that, 30-day notice required for refund minus booking fee. No parties, proms, or events exceeding maximum occupancy permitted. Guest service available 8:30am-7pm daily. Hurricane/tropical storm refunds only given for mandatory evacuations.
