• Requirements: Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve and must stay on-site. A rental agreement must be e-signed with government ID, vehicle info, and guest details prior to check-in.
• Deposits & Fees: A $300 refundable security deposit hold on a credit card is required. Pets are allowed (up to 2 small dogs, 25lbs each) with an additional fee.
• Restrictions: No events, proms, graduations, or parties without prior written approval.
• Policy Note: Elevators are maintained by the HOA; no refunds are provided for elevator malfunctions.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund (minus fee) if cancelled more than 90 days before arrival; 50% refund (minus fee) if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival; no refunds after 30 days.
