The third bedroom serves as a bunk room, featuring one Twin-over-Twin bunk and a Queen bed, with access to a shared full bath and an additional powder room.

• Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs allowed subject to approval; non-refundable fee of $100 per dog per stay
• Age Requirement: Guest must be 25+ to book and must be present during stay
• Requirements: Valid Driver's License and signed Guest Agreement required within 24 hours of booking
• Restrictions: No proms, graduations, or large parties. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced
