The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with 2 queen size beds and share a full bath featuring a fantastic shower. Throughout the home, you will find updated, modern décor paired with quality, comfy beds to ensure a restful stay.

For those who love to cook, the modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table and seating at the island, making it a pleasure to prepare meals. The well-appointed, spacious living area serves as a wonderful gathering spot for the whole group. Outside, the covered deck features a large dining table, perfect for evening meals in the fresh sea breeze.

Location & Neighborhood: Situated in Laguna San Luis, Lagunita is perfectly positioned for coastal exploration. Guests are encouraged to rent a golf cart from Rick's Rentals, which can be delivered directly to the driveway, providing a great way to tour the surrounding area.
