An adjoining pass-through second bedroom offers a Full over Full bunk with a shared full half bath, and the third bedroom provides a Queen bed with a shared full hall bath.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs allowed (subject to approval) with a non-refundable fee of $100 per dog per stay.
• Requirements: Primary guest must be 25+ years old, provide a valid Driver's License, and sign a Guest Agreement within 24 hours of booking.
• Restrictions: Absolutely no proms, graduations, or parties. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
• Safety: Outdoor security cameras are onsite. The pictured cargo lift is not available for use.
• Note: A home under construction next door may be visible through March 2026.
