Treasure Island offers an exceptional coastal experience flanked by Galveston and Surfside Beach. This golf cart-friendly community features uncrowded pedestrian beaches where vehicles are prohibited for 300 yards, creating a peaceful environment for sandcastle building, shell collecting, and evening bonfires. The area is renowned throughout the United States as a saltwater fishing hotspot with spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Guests can enjoy boat launches, kayaking, fishing pier access on the bayside, and easy stops at local grocery stores and bait shops.

Important guest information: Guests must be 25 years or older to book and must be present during the stay. A simple guest agreement must be completed within 24 hours of booking. The property includes exterior security cameras and a cargo lift that is not available for guest use for safety reasons. Pet fee is $100 per dog per stay (non-refundable). WiFi and TV services may be unpredictable due to island location. No refunds are provided for service disruptions, tropical storms, or hurricanes unless mandatory evacuations are ordered by authorities. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, cleaning fee, $1M liability protection, and $10K damage insurance with no security deposit required. Cancellations within 24 hours receive full refund; after that, 30-day notice required for refund less booking fee. Absolutely no parties, proms, or events exceeding maximum occupancy are permitted. Guest service hours are 8:30am-7pm daily.
