The main level hosts the primary suite with a King bed and an en suite full bath, along with a second bedroom featuring a Queen bed. For additional guests, the upper level—accessible via a spiral staircase—offers a loft area and third bedroom equipped with a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, a Twin trundle, and an additional Twin bed. A shared full bath is also located on the main level.

Located in the serene Treasure Island community, this home offers unobstructed views of the Gulf, where you can watch pelicans diving for breakfast and dolphins at play. While the small beach area directly near the house is perfect for shelling, fishing, and sunning, please note that swimming is not permitted there per state law. For swimming and water sports, the main neighborhood beach access is a short 8-minute walk or 30-second drive away. The area is a saltwater fishing hotspot and is very golf cart friendly, located just 15 minutes from Surfside and 30 minutes from the heart of Galveston.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM (Electronic access via unique lock code)
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs allowed (subject to approval) with a non-refundable fee of $100 per dog per stay
• Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25 years or older
• Restrictions: No Prom, Graduation, or large parties. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced
• Note: Due to the island location, WIFI and TV services can occasionally be spotty
