While the property is self-catering, it provides a full kitchen featuring a newly fitted oven, fridge, and dishwasher, along with a washer and dryer for all laundry needs. Outside, the property boasts a private pool and a location on a quiet cul-de-sac with no rear neighbors, offering serene conservation views and total privacy.

Location & Neighborhood Situated within the Watersong community, this villa is surrounded by luscious greenery and water conservation areas. The community is secured by a 24-hour manned gated entrance. Guests have access to a grand 6,700 sqft clubhouse featuring a fitness center, cyber cafe, and a large inviting gathering room. Outdoor community activities include a large pool, spa, picnic area, playground, and basketball and volleyball courts. The location provides convenient access to I-4, world-famous Orlando attractions, exceptional shopping centers, clear lakes, and top-notch golf courses.

• Pets: Not allowed
• Parking: Available for 2 cars on the driveway only; street parking is strictly prohibited by the community.
• Trash: Guests are responsible for rolling trash cans to the curb for weekly county collection.
• Pool Heat: Available for an additional fee ($35-$40 per night) with a 4-day minimum. Please request 48 hours in advance.
• BBQ Grill: Available for hire at $100 per week (includes delivery, propane, and collection). Please request 48 hours prior to arrival.
• Maintenance: Professional pool cleaning and landscaping occur weekly during your stay.
