Discover the ultimate Orlando getaway at this beautiful and modern luxury villa located within the prestigious Solara Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. The villa features a generous layout with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for everyone. The sleeping arrangements are designed for both adults and children, featuring three King Suites—one on the first floor and two on the second—each with its own private bathroom. Younger guests will love the two themed bedrooms, including a Mario Bros room and a Stitch room, both equipped with Twin-over-Full bunk beds. A shared bathroom for these themed rooms is conveniently located in the upstairs game room area.

Entertainment is at the heart of this home. Guests can enjoy a Marvel-themed game room, open-concept living areas, and TVs in every bedroom, as well as in the living and family rooms. The outdoor area is a private retreat, featuring a screened-in swimming pool with a spa, a child safety pool fence, and a spacious patio with sun loungers for relaxing after a day at the parks.

As part of the Solara Resort, guests have access to premium community amenities, including a clubhouse, fitness center, sand volleyball and basketball courts, a children's playground, and a heated resort pool with a poolside bar and grill. Adventure seekers can also experience the FlowRider® surf simulator (additional fee applies).

Located in Phase 3 of the resort, the property offers prime access to Orlando’s top attractions via US-27. You are approximately 8 miles from Animal Kingdom, 12 miles from Magic Kingdom, 16 miles from SeaWorld, and 21 miles from Universal Studios, with supermarkets and pharmacies just a short drive away.
