Oversized Vehicle & Hookup Policy: Parking of RVs, trailers, or any vehicle larger than a standard-size pickup truck is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the host. Additionally, electrical and water hookups are not permitted at any of our properties under any circumstances. Violation of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. Pre-Arrival Guest Form & ID Verification: All guests are required to complete the Pre-Arrival Guest Form prior to check-in. A clear photo of the front of a valid government-issued ID must also be uploaded through the form. This is to confirm compliance with our house rules, including age requirements for the property. Failure to complete this step may result in delayed or denied check-in.

• No pets or emotional support animals allowed allowed (subject to a $100 fine for violations) & immediate eviction from the premises
• No smoking allowed (subject to a $200 fine for violations) verified by use of ozone machine -Maximum of 14 guests only and violations will result in cancelled stay and non refund
• Hosts must be notified via the platform of any issues within 2 hours of check in
• No parties or events allowed. Violations will result in immediate eviction - Check in Time - Any time after 5pm - Check out Time - 10am
• Wash all kitchen items during your stay and ensure sink is clear of any dirty dishes. -Trash must be placed in the provided trash receptacle located in back of property
• $60 initial late fee applies for guests that do not check out by 10am and $30/hour thereafter
• No confetti, no glitter, or bath bombs
• A minimum charge of $50 will apply if checkout procedures are not followed
• Minimum biohazard cleaning fee of $75 will be charged for blood, urine, feces, pet waste, etc -Charges for damages and broken house rules will be determined by the hosts on a case by case basis. Damages and additional charges are non-negotiable -$300 Extended stay cleaning fee per week will be charged separately (6 or more nights) -Guest(s) assumes responsibility for any accidents or injuries that occur on the property. Agreement upon booking to release and indemnify the host from any liability if injured on the property -Guests may not have any personal mail, items or packages delivered to the home without express written consent of the Host” -Any items left behind will incur a minimum trip fee charge of $25 plus the cost of shipping
• Extension requests made less than 18 hours before check-out will incur a $30 cleaner rescheduling fee; same-day requests automatically include this fee. No parties, events, gathering or outside visitors at the property. Unapproved gatherings, events, or parties will result in immediate eviction without a refund of any sort and/or police enforcement and criminal charges. Tampering with or disabling any property systems or equipment is strictly prohibited. This includes thermostats, WiFi/internet equipment, modems, routers, smart home devices, and all exterior security cameras. Guests may not unplug, cover, disconnect, reset, relocate, or otherwise interfere with these systems at any time. Any tampering or unauthorized modifications may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund if not remedied immediately upon notice. LOCAL RESERVATIONS: Local guests require prior host approval before booking due to previous property damage and unauthorized gatherings. Please message us with your stay purpose and guest count before booking. Local reservations made without prior approval may be subject to cancellation in accordance with Airbnb policies.
