The master bedroom includes a King bed and a full bath, secluded on one side of the unit. On the opposite side, the second bedroom offers a Queen bed, and the third bedroom contains 2 Twin beds. For additional guests, 2 Twin roll-away beds are conveniently stored in the bedroom closet.

This unit is fully furnished with kitchen utensils, appliances, towels, and linens. Guests can enjoy a private balcony with an amazing view overlooking the crystal clear Comal River. One of the most unique aspects of this stay is the exclusive river access within the Camp Warnecke Estates complex, allowing you to float the river and exit just steps from your own backdoor. • Pets & Smoking: Neither are permitted on the property
• Parking: Two parking passes provided (one guaranteed numbered spot, one general first-come, first-served)
• Complex Policies: Wristbands are required for all guests and must be returned to the office upon departure. Outdoor driveways and parking areas are monitored by video camera for security compliance.
