Inside, you will find an open living and dining area with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with cookware, utensils, and appliances to prepare family meals. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available for guest use, and a private balcony provides a perfect spot for evening relaxation after a day of adventure.

While the condo does not have a river view, guests enjoy exclusive access to the Comal River right from the complex, allowing you to float directly from or back to the property. Other community highlights include:

Up to 10 required HOA wristbands are provided and must be collected and returned at the office (located less than 2 miles away). Please note that pets, smoking, RVs, trailers, parties, and daytime guests are not permitted. A signed electronic rental agreement, photo ID, and credit card are required prior to arrival. Outdoor driveways and parking may be monitored by video cameras per city and HOA regulations.
