The dining table seats four, supplemented by a breakfast bar with seating for two. For added convenience, the first floor includes a half bath and a full-sized washer and dryer. While the unit itself does not have a river view, it is located just steps away from river access. Guests can easily enjoy Schlitterbahn, located directly across the street, or take a soothing float from the Garden St. Bridge.
