The sleeping arrangements include 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, featuring a large master suite with an oversized master bathroom and two additional guest bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed. To maximize space for larger groups, the home includes two separate living areas: the downstairs living room is equipped with 2 queen futons, while the upstairs second living area offers 3 additional queen futons. Guests in the bedrooms also enjoy the convenience of private patio doors leading to an upstairs balcony.
