The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to maximize comfort: the master suite features a king bed with an en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom also offers a king bed. The third bedroom includes one full bed and one twin-over-full bunk bed. The fourth bedroom, located downstairs, provides one twin bed and one twin-over-twin bunk bed.

Located within the gated community of Cliff View Condos, the property boasts a fantastic 300 feet of waterfront access on a private pebble beach, perfect for entering the river directly. For those seeking adventure, the home is ideally situated between the 2nd and 3rd river crossings. In the off-season, the nearby 3rd crossing is stocked with trout starting December 1st, making it a premier destination for fly fishing. Summer visitors will love the proximity to tube rentals at Cap's Crossing and a nearby deep natural swimming hole.

Inside, you will find an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The full kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, a large island for extra seating, and a Keurig 12-cup and K-cup combo coffee maker.
