All guests must complete a rental agreement and provide a valid credit card for a $500 temporary authorization hold (similar to hotel policies) instead of damage deposits. All reservation participants must be over 25 years old unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced at 10 guests with no day visitors permitted. Pet lovers can bring up to 2 dogs with prior registration and a $25 per pet, per night fee. Unregistered pets result in full security deposit forfeiture.
